Come in to execute the Cooperating Broker Agreement and Client Registration prior to your client executing a contract to purchase a home. (The broker must be the procuring cause of the sale and must accompany the client to the WHC to sign the Broker Co-op Agreement and Registration form with the client before the Purchase Agreement is executed.)
Receive your commission at Close of Escrow.
