*FOR REAL ESTATE PROFESSIONALS ONLY. Loyalty Rewards Broker Co-Op Program ("Program") effective 1/1/18 through 12/31/18 ("Program Period"). To become eligible for the Program, you must be licensed to practice in CA and (1) 18 years of age or older, (2) employed by or otherwise associated with an active real estate broker licensed to do business in CA, and (3) enrolled in the Loyalty Rewards Broker Co-op Program at LennarAgentVIP.com/IN. In order to earn a broker co-op fee, broker must (i) pre-register client online at www.LennarAgentVIP.com/IN prior to client’s first Welcome Home Center visit and (ii) execute the Broker Co-Op Agreement at client’s execution of a purchase agreement AND broker must bring client into the Welcome Home Center and register them on client’s first visit. The registration is effective for a period of sixty (60) days from the date of registration. Seller will confirm the relationship with the buyer upon their visit to the Welcome Home Center. No commission will be paid when agent/broker is acting as a principal/buyer or if the buyer is related to the agent/broker. Not valid if client has previously registered with Lennar or Lennar.com, whether individually or with a broker. The commission levels stated above apply to purchase agreements fully executed during the Program Period. Purchase agreements fully executed prior to 1/1/18 are excluded. Program not available in all communities; visit www.lennaragentvip.com/IN for a list of participating Inland/Coachella Valley Division communities. Commission is paid only if, as and when a purchase agreement closes and fully funds. The percentage of commission shall be determined based on the order in which the qualified purchase agreements are closed and funded. Purchase agreements that do not close and fully fund will not be included in the commission calculation and may affect the commission level. Bonus subject to verification of Program enrollment and successful closing of escrow. Lennar reserves the right to discontinue this Program at any time. Other terms and conditions apply. 1 In Coachella Valley County, the commission shall be 3% on all homes sold.

2 In Riverside and San Bernardino Counties, the commission shall be 2% for the first home, 3% for the second home and 4% for the third, fourth, fifth, sixth and seventh homes sold. After the seventh home, the commission shall start over at the 2% rate.
