Effective 02/01/23, 1% Real Estate Agent Commission will be available on select quick move-in homes in Colorado if the purchase agreement is fully executed between 02/01/23 and 11/15/23 and closes and fully funds on or before 11/30/23. To become eligible for the Broker Co-Op Program ("Program"), you must be licensed to practice in CO, be 18 years of age or older, and employed by or otherwise associated with an active real estate broker licensed to do business in CO.
